Electronic Hardware Design Engineer - EAD (8-12 yrs)

Our client is looking for EAD Electronic Hardware Design Engineers for their company in location Baoding city, Hebei province, China.

Work Location : Baoding city, Hebei province, China

Salary : Negotiable and as per international market standards

Area : Electronic control design

Nature of Project work execution : Electronic hardware design, eAD( Electronic Axle drive )

Responsibilities :

1. Be responsible for TCU, sensor, shift motor and other electronic hardware design and development of eAD;

2. Be responsible for presenting some demand about electronic hardware, establishing electrical equipment technology standards, guiding drawing design, proofing and approving drawing;

3. Be responsible for solving technology problems during electronic hardware development and communicating with suppliers, verifying technology status, verifying documents and drawings from suppliers;

4. Be responsible for establishing electronic hardware test standards, test and verify, establishing electronic hardware function and performance test bench;

5. Be responsible for guiding and training staffs, guiding OJT, promoting design ability, fostering independent design team;

6. Be responsible for establishing electronic hardware design standards, establishing design menu and design manual;

7. Design controller circuit and PCB, establish magnetic valve, motor, automatic bench controller;

Ability and Experience Requirements :

Must :

1. Be provided with more than 7 years work experience in AMT shift design and development

2. Be familiar with AMT shift strategy

Want :

1. Be provided with electronic hardware design experience in EV/PHEV 2-speed gearbox;

2. OEMs or suppliers
