We are looking for a R&D Electronics Hardware Engineer. You will be part of the core research and development electronics team with overall responsibility for all electronics Hardware related activities on all our systems. You should have an established background in developing hardware design, software- s, sensors & IoT capabilities for various equipment. The ideal candidate is a true engineer and problem solver at the core and is passionate about electronics with real world understanding of smart products.

Your roles and responsibilities will include:

- Responsible for the design and development of electromechanical equipment or systems.

- Analyze design requirements and select project materials for electronics systems.

- Determine design criteria or specifications.

- Develop Hardware PCB, Testing documentation and Manufacturing documentation.

- Assemble equipment or components and be responsible for PCB prototype manufacturing, assembly and testing.

- Investigate system, equipment, or product failures.

- Involving in Test performance of electrical, electronic, mechanical, or integrated systems or equipment.

- Should be involved in system design, hardware architecture and key part selection.

- Analyze engineering designs of logic or digital circuitry, motor controls, instrumentation, or data acquisition for implementation into new or existing automated, servo-mechanical, or other electromechanical systems.

- Conduct studies to determine the feasibility, costs, or performance benefits of new mechatronic equipment.

- Publish engineering reports documenting design details or qualification test results.

- Research, select, or apply sensors, communication technologies, or control devices for motion control, position sensing, or electronic communication.

- Determine and maintain operational records.

- Analyze costs and benefits of proposed designs or projects.

- Collaborate with cross-functional team to ensure the smooth delivery of new products.

Required Candidate profile:

As a successful candidate, you must have:

- 4-6 years of experience in Electronics and Embedded hardware design and Development

- Should have extensive Product design knowledge on 32-bit microcontrollers (ARM 32-bit, STM,PIC32 etc)

- Should have experience in ECAD tools like EAGLE/Altium, PCB design, Gerber viewer, Simulation

- Design, develop, or implement control circuits or algorithms for electromechanical devices orsystems.

- Must have experience in board bring up and debugging and BOM Optimisation.

- Must have good material selection and troubleshooting ability

- Should have good understanding of multilayer PCB design process - best practices, design, minimisation of errors and process improvement.

- Awareness of EMI / EMC, reliability testing and certification like CE, FCC.

- Experience in hands-on development of Robotics

- Programming experience in Arduino/Embedded C and C++ (basics)

- Proven experience in DC Motors & Sensors

- Exposure on Microcontroller protocols (I2P, SPI, USB, UART,ESP)

- Must have Strong documentation, writing and communication skills
