- Assists in establishing methods, controls and standards for the actual execution of maintenance work.

- Staff, train, supervise, evaluate and develop team members.

- Maintain equipment to ensure line efficiency, improve key performance indicators and to eliminate down time.

- Service and repair equipment on a continual basis, adhering to established preventative maintenance schedule.

- Ensure that working conditions are safe at all times.

- Maintain safe work environment by holding regular safety meetings to communicate safety awareness and policies.

- Maintain an accurate parts inventory at all times.

- Ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices and safety standards.

- Create, plan and execute preventative maintenance programs.

- Experience in manufacturing and production will be preferred.

- Strong leadership skills highly preferred

- Must have strong technical knowledge of manufacturing environment.

- Troubleshoot technical problems and issues and determine technical solution in accordance with product and customer expectations.

- Apply business principles and practices to assist in the planning/coordination of the overall design and subsequent implementation of the design as well as monitoring the procurement, installation and configuration of the designed hardware system into operational elements and segments.

- Provide support to team leads, design team, other hardware engineers.
