Role Summary

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of commercial interior fit- out projects for premium GCC clients in Bengaluru- from briefing and design coordination to on-site execution, final quality checks, and handover. This senior leadership role plays a key part in scaling repeatable, high- quality workspace models.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead turnkey fit- out execution: interpret design drawings, BOQs, align procurement, manage site delivery, commissioning, snag resolution, and client handover.

- Prepare and control project plans- schedule, budget, resources; maintain governance via change control and risk logs.

- Coordinate internal/external stakeholders- including clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities.

- Conduct frequent site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, HSE and building codes.

- Facilitate timely resolution of technical or contractual challenges; oversee accurate documentation from RFIs to variation orders and handover dossiers.

- Deliver structured stakeholder reporting and maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field.

- 8- 15 years of experience managing commercial or office interior fit- out projects, including high-value or GCC-related assignments.

- Hands-on leadership of on-site teams and contractors, ideally with prior turnkey project experience.

- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
