Embroidery Machine Operator (1-3 yrs)
Job Description :
- Responsible for set up of the machine, running one sample prior to processing entire order and threading the right colors at each needle.
- Must meet or exceed productivity and quality standards outlined by the company.
- Configure and operate commercial embroidery equipment.
- Read and interpret all work documents related to embroidery customization of customer orders
- Properly configure the machine (load colors, orient the logo, perform logo trace, etc)
- Properly hoop all items in the indicated locations based on the customer order and order documentation
- Process customer embroidery orders on various items.
- Properly finish items for shipping or additional processing.
- Perform daily operator maintenance. ie. lubrication, thread changes, needle changes, bobbin changes.
- Diagnose and fix operator controlled issues. ie. tension issues, bobbin issues, needle issues etc.

- Must properly place the plastic hoops on the garment.
- Inspect product for damages or defects.
- Placement is required to follow the embroidery specifications.
- Follow all safety rules and regulations.
- Interface with Team Leads and Supervisors on regular basis.
Salary:INR 1,00,000 - 2,00,000 P.A.
