Empyres Group - Production Role (3-5 yrs)
Job description :
We are Empyres Group, a mining and mineral processing company indulged in manufacturing and trading of products like silica sand, red ochre, limestone, dolomite etc. and we are looking for a Plant Engineer for a Silica Sand processing plant.
Job Responsibilities :
- Assessing the feasibility and the potential for commercial benefit of new sites.
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of plant.
- Training and supervising staff.
- Liaising with and advising managerial and technical staff.
- Check and maintain production output of the processing plants.
- Submit reports on performance and progress of the processing plant.
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements to maximize the outcome.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 plus years of experience in similar industry.
- Experience with various types of Mining and manufacturing machinery and tools.
- The ability to head a team successfully and resolve issues relating to personnel quickly and efficiently.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with production planning, controls and instrumentation.
