Energos Technologies - AC Engineer - BMS (1-4 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Conduct site survey of AC and other BMS system in a building and prepare a detail site report with the problems expressed by the customer
2. Prepare and propose BOQ including Energos and Non-Energos products
3. Coordinate and obtain the technical specifications, datasheet and best commercial offer from the vendor/suppliers
4. Identify, appoint and train installation vendor for the installing and commissioning AC equipment and our system.
5. Provide ideas and inputs as to how the Energos can improve the offering based on what you encounter in the market.
6. Supervise commission of the system and impart training to the customer.
7. Ensure engineering standards of quality, cost, safety, timeliness, and performances are met.
8. Follow-up on all leads from field personnel, service technicians and customer for a project.
9. Follow-up and coordinate with field personnel, service technicians and partners for daily progress
10. Having Workable skill on Excel and Word
