Energos Technologies - Procurement Executive - Contract Management (1-3 yrs)
Job Description :
- ISP Network and Contract Management
- Identifying partners such ISP's/Online Service Provides/Technicians in each state/city/town where we are present
- Appointing partners for installation and services as needed
- Preparing and managing contracts and agreements with the partners
- Coordination with partners for daily progress
- Processing bills of partners as per terms
- Negotiating best prices
- Setting up quality check methods in case of local material purchases by partners
- Vendor management, Packaging, Warehousing & Logistics
- Finalizing vendors for various bought out items
- Setting up quality process during procurement
- Packing and forwarding. Finalizing logistics partners and negotiating best transport prices
- Ensuring proper packaging
- Physical stock verification every month
- Visiting sub-contractor along with technical person and doing quality check prior to dispatch from factory
- Ensure quality packaging to ensure zero damage
- Setting up checking and verification mechanism during packing & dispatch
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Negotiation Skills, understanding of contracts and legal agreements, stock and warehouse management, communications skills, workable skill on Excel and Word.
- Experience of 1-3 years in relevant field.
