Energy Lead - Telecom Engineering (4-8 yrs)
Purpose/Objective : Monitoring Energy Consumption at sites - AG/Tx & Enode B sites
Key/Major Activities :
- Recording all types of consumption at sites
- Planning for reduction for opex by efficient management
- Controlling Maximum Demand & Power-factor to avoid penalty, based on EIC guidelines.
- Daily /weekly reporting of energy KPI/SLA for complete circle/MP
- Supporting team during the Liasioning issue
Technical Skills :
- Hands on ground experience of Energy related activity for sites/tx/4gs
- Experience of handling the Critical Situation
- Good Knowledge of handling Tower Infra like DG, Battery Bank and other relevant equipments
Behavioural Skills :
- Good communication skill, Clear English speaking and writing ability,
- Basic O&M skill
- Excellent co-ordination and Inter-personal effectiveness
- Have systematic approach towards work areas
- Should be able to cope up excellently under stressful circumstances.
