Engineer (1-4 yrs)
Candidates profile :
- Should be Diploma/BE in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics having 1-2 yrs of experience in a component or connector industry.
- Should be self motivated, proactive and capable of managing priorities and tasks as delegated.
- Exposure to Mechanical manufacturing processes -Machining, Die casting Moulding, Plating and Component assembly.
- Should be experience of Incoming quality inspection, Handling & use of different measuring instruments used in an incoming quality department like (Profile Projector, Calipers, Height Gauge, Micrometer, Go-no-go Gauges, pin Gauge ).
- Should be experience of Component inspection, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) specification, AQL Inspection plan, Quality Plans, First Article Inspection Report (FAIR), Calibration of instruments, SPC Statistical process control,
- Good exposure to Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical and various other reliability tests
- Exposure to ISO 9001 & AS9100 .
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Incoming Inspection of all components/parts.
- Responsible for FAIR .
- First Article Inspection Report
