Engineer - Body Control Module Design (4-8 yrs)
We are looking for Engineer, Body Control Module Design
Responsibility : Responsible for design and development of BCM for 2/3 wheeler EV platforms
Key Result Areas :
- Defining product design requirements based on system / project requirements
- Defining Hardware and Software requirement specs for inhouse development
- Preparation of SOR, evaluation of supplier proposals for proprietary development
- Defining DVP requirements
- Electrical and mechanical integration
- Conducting design reviews
- Conducting DFMEA
- Managing and having design inline with DFM, DFA, DFS requirements
- Co-ordinating with Purchase deptt for development activities
- Meeting Cost, quality and timeline targets
- RCA for Build/Validation issues
Key Skills Required :
- Experience in automotive BCMs
- Strong knowledge of automotive body electrical systems
- Experience working on connectivity features and integration with BCM
- Hands on experience working on PLM for releases, change management
- Knowledge of CAN communication protocols
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements
