Skills:- controlling plano-millars, Floor boring machines (Must be)

- Understanding and navigating the team Kaizen Activity Zero defect and Zero accident Good Experience on CNC Horizontal boring machine Good Experience on CNC Five axis Plano-Millar with universal head attachments, Bed size 10 Meter x 4 Meter. Fanuc tools Maintain Accurate and up to date production target,ensure employed adhere and meet quality standards. Advance hydraulic Technique 6 Axis CNC machining Centre for all heavy structural frames of machines of various models. State of Art fabrication & welding facility for all structural frames of machines of various models. Highly skilled manpower trained in Japan to produce at par with International Quality. Communication Skills Knowledge on people Management process Knowledge

- Conducting meeting with team leader and review their needs and requirements, conducting meeting with other dept. for getting things in time. lead a team of production to deliver result. Knowledge on CNC machine,Plano Millar,Floor Boring Machine Release the assembly schedule.prepare the micro level Schedule. Maintain daily work information report, Ensure booking of non productive activity daily and action plan,Maintain every day efficiency report.

- Ensure safety awareness to all employee, Ensure the work place neat and clean,Ensure the facility and effectiveness. Ensure the process flow in working place, to eliminate the waste elements, Reduce the non value process. to record the mistake report and accident report, to analysis the causes for mistake and accident, Counter measure the mistakes. to implement kaizen activity in all the areas, to format and display their activity in notice board, to motivate the people to participate in improvement activity.
