Engineer Coordinator (2-4 yrs)
We have a vacancy for the role of Engineer Coordinator with one of our Engineering client in Vadodara. Please find below the JD for the role of Engineer Coordinator.
Qualification :
- Dilpoma/B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Techin Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Production/Manufacturing
- Good command on English language- for reading, writing, interpreting production plans
- Experience level : 3 yrs in an industrial environment + technical workshop training with conventional/CNC machinery knowledge will be a plus
Job location : Vadodara, Gujarat
Computer skills : Excellent Office skills with fast typing and data entry
Key Functions :
- Devising production plans in close coordination with Planning department
- Must be able to read, understand and interpret CAD/CAM drawing data including AutoCAD and 3-D Solidworks assembly drawings
- Must be able to designate, delegate, supervise work after assigning them to technicians, labour workers, service agencies and suppliers for out sourced job works
- Contribute to routine planning and meet production milestones and targets as assigned.
- Prior Tool room and workshop experience with knowledge of milling/lathe/turning/drilling/welding machines and understanding of their operations to complete JOB WORK
- To supervise Time studies and efficient distribution of work with Production engineer
- Management and maintenance of Assembly Shop- cleanliness, order, storage, organization of tools and machines
- Liaison with Group head : for purchase and procurement of raw materials, achieving production targets, quality control/assurance or raw material and production-related requirements.
- Liaison and Reconciliation with stores department for issue and return of production requirements
- Close liaison with inspection officials to progress and complete third party inspection related tasks and create smooth work flow environment
- Team building and managerial skills a must
- Supervision of Painting/Packaging and coordination for dispatch materials
- As per project demands, occasional travel to customer sites for commissioning activity of equipment and conducting trials
