Engineer - Design Development - Electro-Mechanical Domain (12-21 yrs)
Job Description :
Bachelor's preferably Master's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with good communication skills both verbal and written, well versed/ experienced in and responsible for :
- Design and develop new or modify Electronics & Electro-Mechanical components.
- Well versed and experienced in VA / VE Projects
- System or product design; from concept, through to detail design, to scale-up and volume manufacturing
- Selection, processing and testing a wide range of Electronics & Electro-Mechanical Components
- To ensure manufactured products and systems are reliable and effective
- Technical expert or center point of contact for Electronics/Electro-Mechanical components related selection/issues
- Representation in scientific and technical communities
- Turning research ideas into technical plans
- Project Management for projects to be taken up for new or current products
- Achieving a cost effective and reliable product in electro-mechanical assembly
- Component selection & standards
- Manufacturing processes, six sigma and statistical process control
- Maintaining database and libraries for the overall product/s
Candidates should be willing to work in an IC role but with a lot of stakeholder management and hectic work environment. The role is Mid Management Assignment and can grow to a senior level profile both at pan India level or global level.
