Position: Ore Dressing Engineer
Location: Cambodia
Experience: 6 - 8 years in Minerals processing but min 3 Years in Gold Ore Processing units.
Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering
Job Summary:
We are Hiring a skilled and motivated Ore Dressing Engineer to join in a Gold Processing Plant. The deal candidate will have hands-on experience in Gold Ore Beneficiation Processes and Demonstrate strong technical knowledge in Crushing, Grinding, Cyanidation, and Electrowinning systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and optimize the Crushing and Grinding circuits to achieve targeted particle size for Gold liberation.
- Monitor and control Cyanidation processes for effective Gold leaching and recovery.
- Manage the Electrowinning process, ensuring maximum Gold yield and operational safety.
- Conduct regular sampling and metallurgical analysis to improve recovery rates and process efficiency.
- Assist in the design and implementation of process improvements and plant upgrades.
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of ore dressing equipment and instruments.
- Work closely with plant managers, lab analysts, and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve process issues.
- Maintain compliance with environmental and safety standards related to mineral processing operations.
Skills & Competencies:
- In-depth understanding of Gold Ore Beneficiation, especially crushing, grinding, leaching, cyanidation, and electrowinning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in metallurgical processes.
- Ability to interpret Metallurgical data and use process control tools.
- Proficiency in using plant monitoring software and metallurgical test methods.
- Effective team collaboration and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
