Engineer - Highway Design (2-3 yrs)
Scope of role:
The role requires management of a number of projects and becoming involved in design at an early stage. The ability to plan and design deliverables against Swedish Engineering standards for each stage of a project is a pre-requisite and training and guidance will be provided where necessary.
Production of detailed highway, drainage or development infrastructure designs and construction drawings for various Swedish projects including residential, industrial, commercial, transport, water, retail, health and education projects.
Skills and experience
The successful candidate will be a dynamic, self-motivated individual who will have take on a role of a highway engineering professional, focused on delivery to the client and technical excellence. The role requires management of a number of projects and becoming involved in design at an early stage. The ability to plan and design deliverables against Swedish Engineering standards for each stage of a project is a pre-requisite. Candidate with relevant highway design software's like Civil 3D/ MX - Road is desirable.
Qualifications
- Master of Science or Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Transportation Engineering
- At least 4 years- experience of working with infrastructure projects and detail design of highways and drainage.
- Civil engineering Hydraulic experience.
- Experience from Construction.
- Experience to work in/with other cultures.
