Engineer - HVAC - Estimation (1-4 yrs)
Job Description:
HVAC
- Prepare room book.
- Prepare Layout Zoning - Area Classification, AHU Zoning, Pressure Differential.
- Do Heat Load Calculations.
- HVAC electrical Load List.
- Prepare BOQ Quantity Calculations.
- Send inquiries and get offers for various designed components for HVAC.
- Prepare Budgetary costing.
- Prepare Technical specification of HVAC equipment.
- Verify BOQ from clients and make query list on the same.
- Discussion with vendors for technical details and offers.
Clean-Room
- Prepare Layout - Epoxy Flooring, Clean Room Furniture, Fenders, Ceiling Plan.
- Prepare BOQ Quantity Calculations.
- Send inquiries and get offers for various designed components for Clean Room and Accessories.
- Prepare budgetary costing.
- Verify BOQ from clients and make query list on the same.
- Discussion with vendors for technical details and offers.
Skills & Knowledge:
- He should be a Mechanical Engineer.
- Shall have working knowledge of AutoCAD & be able to work independently.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must be familiar with Duct size Calculation software.
- Shall be aware of HVAC equipment specification and selection
- Knowledge of major HVAC / Cleanroom and its components vendors / manufacturers.
Is Preferred:
- Pharmaceutical Industry knowledge
- Knowledge of ASHRAE, ISPE & SMACNA guidelines for HVAC
