Engineer - Maintenance & Utilities (5-10 yrs)
Maintenance & Utilities Engineer :
Responsible for overall plant machineries and Utilities maintenance activities. Shall coordinate with Electricity Department, AMC contractors, Other Service and maintenance contractors for up keeping the plant and machineries. Look after the Preventive maintenance activities and scheduling. Arrangement and stocking the maintenance spares and consumables. Lead the maintenance team.
Key points for selection :
Qualification : First class Electrical / Electronics/ Instrumentation/Industrial Automation Engineer.
Experience : Minimum 3-5 years in Optical Fibre Cable/ GFRP Rods/ other FRP product manufacturing industry.
Location : Silvassa
- Preference will be given to GFRP Rod manufacturing industry experience.
- Knowledge of electrical, electronic and industrial automation.-
- Knowledge of PLC, VFD, ACB and other instruments.
- Working and maintenance knowledge on 380-440 Volts electrical equipment's.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical equipments and installation.
Job Description :
1) Manage Maintenance department to achieve Departmental Targets.
2) Plan Budget and activities to maintain high MTBF (Mean Time between Failures) and lower MTTR (Mean time to Repair).
3) Train and develop a sustainable team.
4) Improve departmental procedures and efficiencies.
5) Predictive and preventive maintenance planning and execution.
6) Resource Management - Spares, Consumables & tools
7) Project Management - New installation and commissioning.
8) Break down Analysis and Prevention plan to control Break Down and achieve 100% up time.
9) Reduction in Maintenance costs and Energy Saving initiatives.
10) Development for Line Automation & Data Logging.
11) Equipment calibration scheduling and on time completion.
12) Developments and small modification for repetitive break downs.
13) Major focus on Breakdown maintenance & problem solving, trouble shooting.
14) Maintenance of Electrical Motors, VFD, Drives, Contractors, Heaters, Control panels, ACBs.
15) PLC programming and trouble shooting.
