Engineer - Mechanical Design (3-5 yrs)
Bachelors/master's degree in mechanical Engineer or equivalent
- 3-5 Years of work experiences.
- Design and development of hydraulic integration components (Hose, tube, Sheetmetal, etc) for surface rotary drills machines based on the global interaction with other teams.
- This includes concept, final design, Supplier interaction, co-ordination with Detailing/Checking/Releasing, Fitup/Test rework documentation, parts procurement, validating the test results.
- Also, they have primary responsibility of meeting the requirements, cost, and timeline of the project.
Skills :
- Strong skills in 3D modeling of Hose/Tube Routings, sheet metals & PLM Tools
- Familiar with Hose, Tube manufacturing and assembly process
- Familiar with different types of connections and standards (ISO, SAE, etc)
- Hydraulic Components & schematic reading knowledge
- Design & detail of engine installation & cooling systems
- General light structure design & detailing
- General design and routing on fluid systems
- Work on Creo (Routing/Piping, Sheet metal, Solid modelling, casting modelling, etc)
- Work experience with suppliers
- Work with clients/customers in US/ other countries and be flexible on work timing.
- Management of own projects and timelines
- Good communication & coordination skills

Desired experiences : Heavy/construction vehicles in hydraulic integration.
