Engineer - MEP & Safety (Villas)

- Lead & Monitor site supervision and inspection of M&E works including any off-site manufacturing to ensure works are constructed to required quality and accuracy; all in compliance with the specifications and in accordance with the relevant Building Authorities- regulations and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities :

- Reviewing the overall status of the MEP works reporting on the progress of all MEP aspects of the project to the project head, design and commercial team.

- Scheduling of MEP design reviews at all gateways and control points.

- Organising and managing technical review team resources and input.

- Developing and monitoring the clients brief, directing the fast-track high-end design delivery scope and execution of the scheme.

- Developing a high performing team that strives for quality, safety, cost and schedule improvements at every opportunity with all delivery partners, challenging and seeking to improve the project deliverables.

- Managing the internal and external stakeholders.

- Overseeing the procurement of subcontractors, materials and plants.

- Ensuring the project is completed according to schedule and budget.

- Ensure that the contractors maintain work cleanliness, tidiness of the site and workplace safety in compliance with & guidelines and recommendation for construction safety and in-house EHS rules and responsibilities.

- Ensure proper and updated daily records of all works done, including records of tests, inspections, status of works, safety, site diary, materials and equipment on site, labor, day works, etc..

Qualification And Experience :

i. BE or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical with Minimum 6+ years of Experience & should have worked on large scale villa projects

ii. Knowledge of MEP design & proficiency in CAD file/ analyze critical part

iii. Commercial awareness i.e cost control / minimize costs

iv. Very good communication

v. Able to use MS Office word, excel and internet
