Engineer - Mould & Tooling (1-5 yrs)
Qualification : BE in Mechanical Engineering
Location : Dahej -Gujarat
- Should be willing to relocate and travel whenever required
Job Summary :
1. Knowledge of tire manufacturing toolings and molds
2. Knowledge of tire manufacturing machines
3. Completion of design & drawings in targeted time
4. 3D modelling of tire models
5. Inspections of Molds and Toolings
6. Support to Achieve departmental targets as per priority
Job Description :
- Tire 3D model Preparation & review in CATIA and Uni-Graphics
- Co-ordinate with Mold and tooling manufacturers
- Tire curing bladder selection and bladder clamp ring design
- Work on in-house developed PLM software
General Requirements :
- Work experience in MS office software
- Should have strong knowledge of AutoCAD - (Mandatory Requirement)
- Hands on Experience in CAD software like Uni-Graphics and CATIA
- Exposure to tire design methodology and manufacturing process.
- Knowledge of material used for molds and toolings
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to create reports
