Engineer - PCB Design (6-19 yrs)

Technical competency:

- 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in PCB design, circuit designing and related fields

Key Responsibility:

- Extensive knowledge in using ALLEGRO PCB DESIGNER, PADS PROFESSIONAL and Autodesk Eagle 9.6.2 Designer 21 Version capture and layout creation layout tools.

- Design single sided, double sided and multi-layered PCB's using industry standard techniques, ensuring consideration for DFM/DFT have been made.

- Working with Electronic/ RF Engineers to develop Schematics. CAD library administration including symbol, footprint generation and database administration.

- Creation of 3D models and assemblies from 2D layouts.

- Creation of Bill of Material from Schematic for Assembly and Procurement.

- Hands on Experience in ECAD component library creation according to industry standards.

- Experience in routing of Ethernet, USB3.0, HDMI, LVDS, DDR4, RF and Processors/FPGA (BGA package).

- Good knowledge in RF interface, Shielding and Ground concepts.

- High speed layout techniques for differential pair and serial communications.

- RF design transmission line techniques for PCB Layout design.

- Experience of mains/High potential voltage and Currents of up to 100A for PCB Layout design.

- Implementation of EMI/EMC Standards requirement for circuit design.

- Develop PCB layouts and supporting documentation (ISO Documents).
