Job Title : Engineer - Process Audit

Quality engineer is responsible for making sure that product and process parameters meet the set forth

Job Purpose : criteria for the approval of final product along with production order. An important part of the job involves co-ordinating with operations department to ensure process performance meet the product requirements.

Responsibilities :

- On-Job training

- Encouraging 6S on shop floor

- SPC

- RCA & CAPA

Job Description : 

- Ensure process audit is conducted and measured parameters are within specifications

- Ensure with production order and check with running production.

- Documentation related to process audit.

- Set standard machine parameters for critical machines like Sun-simulator, EL, Laminator and stringer

- Review and revise SOPs & Wis.

- Periodic analysis of process performance and suggest changes for continual improvement.

- Issue and verify CAPA against process and product non-conformities observed during manufacturing process.

- Identify and conduct On-job training & prepare One Point Lesson against critical observations.

 -Raw material performance trend analysis and report preparation.

- SPC preparation for critical process.

- One value addition work (Kaizen) to be done, that should be documented and approved by Seniors.

- Ensure that the organization's Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal, ISO

9001, ISO14001 & OHSAS 18001 requirements.

Essential : B.E. Electrical or Electronics & communication

Qualification :

Ms Office: Excel, Power point, Word Communication & Collaboration

Skills And PC & IT Awareness Measurement

Knowledge :

- An Ability To Work Under Pressure And To Quality Audit

- Adhere To Strict Deadlines Product testing

- Process Parameters SPC

- QC Tools RCA

- Team Player PC Literate
