Roles and Responsibilities

- Introducing & emerging technologies in new product development & promotion.

- Recommend changes in products, services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive development

- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.

- Support to the marketing team all PAN India on Product, Application, processing, and new development of technical / Engineering Related.

- Evaluate the lost customer analysis and strategic planning to regain by personal visit to the customer.

- Responsible for developing new product as per market requirement/ Potential for Export & Domestic market.

- Will be responsible for technical support for marketing team PAN India level For development.

- Analysis of new customers, upcoming projects, and lost customers.

- To travel and visit new customers giving presentations and understanding their requirements.

- Maintained all documents related to filter Application, Product Development, and Engineering development.

- Find out the alternative/modification to increase the sales.

- Conducting training session / Presentation on New technology / new Product development for marketing team all over India.

- Searching and presenting the management team about new technology equipment & making a proposal of the same. Call the suppliers & negotiate & get the things done production level.

- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.

- Understand business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.

- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.

- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.

- Work with team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives
