Engineer - Production & Maintenance - PET (7-15 yrs)
Qualifications: Engineer - Mechanical / Electrical / CPET
Experience: 7-10 years, Pet Bottle Blowing, Air Compressors and CCM Machines, Maintenance / Troubleshooting Etc.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Preventive & breakdown Maintenance, repair and rebuild of components mechanical, electrical, electronics and hydraulics inspects and diagnosis of PET Bottle Blowing Machine, Cap Compression Moulding Machine, Air Compressors and Conveyers ETC.
- Maintains activity records logs regarding equipment and its repair, Daily reports, of Production and Breakdown Maintenance and Reasons.
- Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, shift Controlling and Responsible for Production Target as per Machine Capacity.
- Responsible for identifying Consumables / Spares requirements for all Production Machinery's.
- Ensure Safety & protection of Machinery's.
- Responsible for corrective action plan to reduce the breakdown.
- Guide Maintenance technicians on day-to-day operations / challenges & train the Local people accordingly.
- Responsible to coordinate for sharing at times of change over in other production Lines.
- Responsible & ensuring safety of worker during maintenance and work place.
- Develop associate and supervisor skills by conducting training meetings; development of technical skills training.
