Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Trouble shooting on routine breakdowns.
2. Identifying and implementing continuous improvements Projects-Productivity and Quality (Scrap reduction)
3. Tooling and process establishment during new product introduction
4. Identification and implementation of cost reduction projects pertaining to manufacturing and consumables.
5. Knowledge on problem solving techniques like DOE shainin is a must .
