Job Responsibility of Quality Assurance Engineer- Industrial Automation includes :

- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.

- Perform inspections and tests on components and completed systems to identify defects or non-conformities.

- Create and maintain testing protocols and procedures for various automation components and systems.

- Conduct functional, performance, and stress testing as required. Maintain comprehensive records of testing results and quality control measures.

- Generate reports and documentation for internal and external use. Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to identify opportunities for process and product improvement.

- Implement corrective actions and quality enhancements as needed. Investigate and address non-conformities and deviations from quality standards.

- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and prevent reoccurrence.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to Tubewell Water Automation, Water Treatment Plants, and Sewage Treatment Plants.

- Stay informed about updates and changes to relevant standards.

- Promote and enforce workplace health and safety regulations and best practices.

- Address safety concerns and incidents promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality assurance, or a related field.

- Previous experience in quality assurance or testing, ideally in an industrial automation or manufacturing environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of industrial automation systems and relevant technologies is a plus.
