Engineer - Quality - Civil (4-8 yrs)
A Quality Civil Engineer for a 330kV electrical project
- Ensures civil engineering work related to the project (e.g., foundations, substations, transmission lines) meets quality standards, industry regulations, and project specifications.
- They are responsible for verifying material quality, construction processes, and adherence to Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
Quality Assurance/Control:
- Implement and oversee quality assurance and control procedures for all civil engineering aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports.
Material Testing:
- Oversee and verify material testing procedures, including concrete, steel, and geotechnical testing.
Inspection and Verification: Conduct regular inspections of civil works, verifying adherence to design drawings and project specifications.
Non-Conformance Management:
- Identify and document any non-conformances, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
ITP Compliance:
- Ensure all construction activities comply with the project's Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
