Engineer - Quality - Construction Domain (6-10 yrs)

Job Description :

1. Supervise and monitor inspection activities, staff and give technical direction when needed

2. Audit and evaluate inspection results

3. Execute quality inspection schedules on a daily, weekly and structural basis

4. Ensure adherence to inspection requirements and customer specifications

5. Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities

6. Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues

7. Collect and compile statistical quality data

8. Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system

9. Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions

10. Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards

11. Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers

12. Daily and monthly MIS for Productivity, Rejection and Wastage.

13. Attend various training executed by Organisation for Self-Skill Improvement Training Imparted to Manufacturing Team Including Workmen for better Quality and Productivity
