Engineer/Sr. Engineer/ Manager - Instrumentation (Polyester Films)

Responsible for installation, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of instrumentation systems used in the production process and adhering to safety regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Install, calibrate, and test instrumentation equipment, ensuring proper functioning and accuracy.

- Perform routine maintenance on instrumentation systems, troubleshoot issues, and repair equipment as needed.

- Identify and resolve problems with instrumentation systems, using diagnostic tools and techniques.

- Monitor process parameters using instrumentation, providing data for optimization and improvement.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, calibrations, and troubleshooting procedures.

- Ensure adherence to relevant safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

- Work with other engineers, technicians, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualification And Experience:

1. BE in Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering with 4-10 Years of Experience in manufacturing processes involved in producing polyester film, including extrusion, calendaring, and coating.

2. Experience with instrumentation used in film production, such as pressure sensors, temperature controllers, and thickness gauges.

3. Strong understanding of instrumentation principles, including sensors, controllers, and automation systems.

4. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, reading blueprints and schematics, and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical problems.

5. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential.

6. Familiarity with maintaining and troubleshooting specialized equipment used in film manufacturing.
