Engineer/Sr. Engineer/ Manager - Process (Polyester Films)

Responsible for ensuring efficient and effective film production, including process optimization, troubleshooting, and quality control. This role would involve working with a team of engineers and technicians to ensure that the production process meets quality standards, safety regulations, and efficiency goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identifying areas for improvement in the polyester film production process, such as reducing waste, increasing throughput, or improving product quality.

- Diagnosing and resolving issues with production equipment and processes to ensure smooth and efficient operation.

- Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure that the final product meets specified standards.

- Ensuring adherence to relevant safety regulations and industry standards in the production process.

- Maintaining accurate records of process changes, troubleshooting activities, and quality control results.

- Working effectively with other engineers, technicians, and supervisors to achieve production goals.

- Implementing and managing process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

- Using data analysis techniques to identify trends and patterns in production data to inform process improvements.

- Providing training to production personnel on process procedures, safety protocols, and quality control standards.

- Working with maintenance personnel to ensure that production equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.

- Evaluating and implementing new technologies and processes to improve production efficiency and quality.

- Identifying and implementing cost-saving measures in the production process.

Qualification And Experience:

1. BE with 4-10 Years of Experience in polyester film production processes with knowledge of process engineering principles, including process control, simulation, and optimization.

2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for process analysis and simulation.
