Engineer/Senior Engineer- Mechanical (4-8 yrs)
Job Description :
- To monitor the various Operational Problems in all the sections in the Department.
- To plan & execute Planned Maintenance, condition based maintenance in area under control.
- To plan and execute erection of equipments in given section if required.
- To plan & execute modification works in a given section if required.
- To plan & arrange the spares for overhauling with existing stock or new procuring minimum inventory.
- To interact with other departments like Elec., Inst., Process & Mines etc., for implementation of the above jobs.
- To work for reduction in cost for spares, reduction in power consumption.
- Responsible for safety acts and condition to avoid accidents.
- To educate & guide the subordinates for carrying out the above jobs.
- Responsible for implementation of TPM, ISO-9001:2000, ISO-14001, OHSAS-18001 & ISO-5001 in the section.
- Update equipment specification and history details.
- He has to analyse the cause of breakdown and take necessary corrective measure to avoid the repetition.
- Any other job, concerning your area of work, as may be assigned to you by your Superior / Management, as and when required
