Engineer/Senior Engineer- Mechanical Maintenance (4-9 yrs)
Role & responsibilities:
1. Daily Maintenance Break Down Attend & Report Maintaining Of M/C & Equipment's
2. Maintain All Equipment List, Technical Detail & Its Critical Spare Parts
3. Maintain Machine & Equipment History, Preventive Maintenance Record And Spare Parts Records.
4. Having the rich experience on Intermix, Kneader, Extruder rubber Machine.
5. To Provide Job Training To The Subordinate.
6. To Ensure The 5S Activity In Pump Room And Utility Room Area.
7. Suggest & Implement Kaizen With The Help Of Hod.
8. Work Allocation Of Subordinates & Take Feedback On Daily Basis.
9. Maintain & Keep Safely All M/C & Equipment's Operation / Maintenance Manuals & Service Reports.
10. To Intimate & Discuss With Senior For Arranging The Material For All M/C & Equipment's.
11. Record Update Daily Consumables Spares.
12. Do The Maintenance As Per PM Plan.
13. To Intimate Your Senior For Material/Spare As Per Minimum Inventory Level
14. Responsible For Best 5S In Area Of Work
15. Achieve Targets Of Suggested & Implemented Kaizens
16. Focus On Safety & Closure Of Near Miss Conditions/ Acts To Avoid Any Accident In Plant.
