Engineer/Senior Engineer - Tool Design - Automation Manufacturing (2-8 yrs)
Job Description:
Position: Engineer / Sr. Engineer - Tool Design
Required Experience : 2 years to 7 years
Job Location : Ghaziabad (Delhi-NCR)
Company : (A well reputed European automation manufacturing MNC.)
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech. (Mech.) or Diploma (Mechanical Engineering) with any certificate course of Tool Designing (e.g. Indo-German tool room).
Position Purpose: Design the sheet metal tools by using CREO software (2D & 3D) and manufacturing.
Should have excellent working knowledge about Press tool design, Press Shop, Sheet Metal and CREO...
Main job task / Key responsibilities:
1). To do tool design by using software, parts & assembly drawings arrangement.
2). Tool manufacturing planning & execution.
3). Raw material arrangements.
4). ISO documentation.
5). Tool maintenance.
6). New tool development.
7). Drill Jigs & Fixtures arrangement.
8). Support to production for DIE setting.
9). Involve in KAIZEN activities within shop floor.
