Engineer - Static Equipment (6-12 yrs)
- Preparation of Mechanical Datasheets, Technical Specs, Equipment Selection Basis, Enquiry Requisition Preparation (Material Requisition), Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE), Purchase Requisition and Vendor Documents Review, Pre-Bid Engineering and MTO Estimation
- Has wide discipline knowledge; good coordination skill with all the other Engineering disciplines, engineering sub-contractors, vendors and construction teams, Inter Discipline Co-ordination to ensure Inputs and other requisite data is properly communicated to concerned discipline.
- Proficiency in PV Elite tool, Tank Design (Fixed Roof - Cone, Dome), Column Supported Roof, External and Internal Floating Roof etc., Nozzle Load Calculation etc.
- FEA expertise shall be an added advantage.
- Participation in inspection, testing & commissioning as required for Static Equipment/Vessels and Packaged Equipment.
- Sound knowledge of material standards, inspection requirements and testing requirements including NDE.
