Job Description :


- Develop, implement and maintain the QA systems.

- New development part's feasibility study.

- Conduct Supplier's assessment & evaluation audit / process audit.

- Knowledge in AutoCAD, fixtures, Gauges/Instruments.

- Develop gauges & fixture for inspection of incoming parts.

- Exposure to PPAP, APQP, FMEA etc. ISO & QS systems

- Field failure analysis (Rout causes & Why-Why analysis - 8D process )

- Monitor supplier's quality performance trend.

- Preparation of Quality Assurance Plans (QAP )
