Engineering Change Lead (5-8 yrs)
1. Working experience on engineering change management systems. Knowledge PLM & PDM tools, NX drafting and GD&T.
2. Leading engineering change management team and building the resource, methods and techniques to grow the department.
3. Managing Global customer and all stakeholders to generate new business.
4. Knowledge on SAP and PTC windchill.
5. Knowledge on BOM, offer drawings, after market release procedures, label & logo instructions, OE Logo punching instructions.
6. Creation, Editing and Handling of change numbers, material numbers & document numbers.
7. Knowledge on STATUS releasing and components position in SAP.
8. Sorting issues and rectifying the errors in SAP (Ex:- releasing issues).
9. Knowledge on Offer drawings.
10. Part nomenclature of starters & alternators (Numbering System).
11. Knowledge of Engineering Change Order (ECO) processes, forms, instructions, and policies in SEG.
12. Knowledge of ECO roles and responsibilities.
13. Knowledge of supplier manufacturing processes and the ability to engage with suppliers to resolve issues.
14. Knowledge of cross cultural communications.
15. Demonstrated ability to write and track ECOs.
16. Working Knowledge on different Engineering change management software packages.

1. Ability to work with Cross Functional Teams, keen to learn, Proactive, navigating the complex situations.
2. Time management skills.
3. Effective presentation skills.
4. Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Education: BE/ME in Mechanical/Automotive/Mechatronics
