Key Responsibility:
As a Engineering - Forging Specialist, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for Drawing Approval and Release related to Forgings, Gears, Shafts . Your Primary Engagement will be with Designers, Sourcing, Quality and Service. In this Role you will be responsible for Checking GD&T, Manufacturing Feasibility, Stackup Checking at Assembly Level. Spread and Educate awareness of GD&T Standards within (Designers, Sourcing, Supplier, Quality)
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree (Mechanical) with 8-10 years of experience in Forging Process, Design, drafting and CAD
2. Knowledge in GD&T Standards -ASME Y14.5, ISO Standards
3. Expert in Manufacturing Process - Forging -Gears, Shafts, Gear Trains etc
4. He should have Holistic Knowledge of Design, Quality Measurement Process, Production Assembly, Manufacturing Process, Tolerancing Stackup
5. Strong knowledge of drawing, detailing practices and standards (GD&T, ISO)- He should be able to Educate Persons on GD&T
6. Experience in CAD Tools, ProE Creo - Preferable
7. Knowledge on Bill of Material- EBOM, MBOM, SBOM
8. Knowledge on Design for Assembly and Manufacturing, Design for Cost, Design for Reliability, Design for Safety
9. Supplier Feasibility study Discussion, PPAP Discussion, Drawing Approval
10. Working Experience in Tractor Industries
