Engineering Head - Automotive Company (18-28 yrs)
Job Description :
- To study the customer input (Drawing / specs.) for Pre-feasibility report
- To file the patent for MRPL owned designs
- Preparation of design plan & micro plan for Products under development
- Review & listing of customer input on design input check sheet
- Assimilation of technology from outside
- Organizing design review, DFMEAS & Product quality planning
- Sample assembly & evaluation
- Sample submission to customer through MKTG.
- Control of Engineering documents
- Monitoring & review of customer open issues
- To give the training to department members for customer requirement
- Preparation of drawing & inspection standards
- Review of ECRN for changes identified
- Releasing of ECN
- Defining of acceptance criteria for parts
- Control & updating of Customer Engineering manuals
- Control & updating MRPL & customer specific packaging manuals as per customer requirement
Salary:INR 35,00,000 - 60,00,000 P.A.
