- Should have knowledge about Autocad, MS Project, CMMS etc.,

- Good understanding of condition monitoring & RCM

- He should inculcate strong culture for Safety & Environment.

- He should be a team leader in motivating his team.

- He should assist in identifying the vendors & forecast the requirements for Projects & for Operations.

Preferred :

- Should have working knowledge in the fields of Electrical, Instrumentation / Automation & Civil (limited for Civil), in order to coordinate between the team members and head the team

Technical Experience :

- Should have handled some of the following equipment in Erecting, Commissioning & Trial Run, Day to Day Maintenance that includes Preventive, Predictive & Shut Down

- Ball Mill,Kiln & Cooler,Material Handling Systems,Packaging, Plant Grinding Unit, Silos, Utilities etc.,

Educational Qualifications :

- B.Tech / B.E / Diploma in Mechanical engineering with 15 - 25 years experience in Maintenance & Engineering.

- Out of which, around 8 years in Cement industry maintenance and currently working in a Cement Industry as Head of Maintenance & Engineering for the past 3 years .

- Telugu speaking is a must. Fluency in English.
