We are currently hiring for one of our client in Navi Mumbai, Ghansoli location.

Experience - Minimum 10 Years Experience in Shipyard/ Offshore Yard Engineering management (multidiscipline teams), Fab Engineering experience will be preferred. (Offshore engineering background)

Education - Minimum bachelor's degree in Related Engineering Disciplines, Master's degree will be preferred.

Shift - General

Industry - Offshore and Marine Industry.

Roles and Responsibility:

- Structural background in offshore structures design and production engineering having served as manager of the discipline. Define and manage the scope of work for Engineering teams.

- Production engineering in offshore fabrication facility (topsides /Jacket).

- Prepare technical specifications, engineering execution plan, Manpower Planning forecast, plan multidiscipline engineering activities

1. Produce/Check/approve Production deliverables / workshop drawings such as:

- 3D model development including Structural, Mechanical, Piping, EIT using Tekla/CADMATIC /E3D or similar software.

2. Assembly drawings, Detail Assembly Procedures / Plate Nesting, Profile plots / Forming drawings / Weld mapping drawings, Weld list / Part list / Material (plate & profile) tracking sheets / Profile optimization list / MTO's.

3. Thorough knowledge in the selection of materials (material codes) based on its standard grades and specifications and as required by the major classification society or standards such as DNV-GL, ABS, LR, Norsok, BS, EN, ISO, API.

- Ability to handle Engineering team/Self Motivated/ Energetic/Good Analytical Skill/Engineering Resource Planning/Follow-ups. Excellent communication skills.

- Candidates from EPC, Engineering Consultancies, Exposure in international shipyards.

- Experience in FPSO, FSO's will have added advantage.
