Engineering Program Manager - New Product Design (1-3 yrs)
Job Description :
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self motivated engineering project manager (EPM), who coordinates all technical activities of assigned programs.
Job Responsibilities :
- Understand the high-level functionalities of a new product and its design.
- Coordinate projects, budgets, proposals, and contracts throughout the organization.
- Develop a plan for achieving the productization.
- Make a schedule and resource planning.
- Drive daily and weekly meeting with engineers to keep the schedule.
- Create and deliver progress reports to management.
- Make alternate plans for delays. Manage critical paths.
- Deliver the product on schedule on budget.
- Prepare and review documentation including policies, templates, specifications and technical reports.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 1-3 years in a similar role, preferably in battery/electrical/electronics Industry.
- Proven track record in delivering a product from idea to revenue.
- Excellent communication skills
