Enzen - Senior Lead - Production & Operations - Wind Turbine Domain (10-30 yrs)
1) Must come from small wind turbine domain. Must have developed small wind turbines under his responsibilities.
2) Own the product quality. make improvements possible in existing designs. develop new turbines.
3) Able to troubleshoot the product. provide resolutions/ CAPA for customer complaints
4) Should have good understanding of electronic components used for the controllers
5) Must have hands on experience in solid modelling using solidworks, solid edge etc.
6) He must be an electro-mechanical domain. can posses either mechanical/ electrical graduation
7) Must be highly ethical & conduct morale behavior.
The right candidate shall have minimum 18+ years of experience in the shop floor and must have hands on experience in the field of turbine design, incremental design, R&D.
Must be from Electrical / Mechanical background.
Position will be based in Pune.
