Equipment Operator must have oil and gas experience and willing to learn and abide by company policy. The Customer Service Representative reports to the Rental Sales Coordinator.

Key Accountability 1: Equipment Installation:

- Assist other Equipment Operators in all job-related tasks as deemed appropriate by company policy, safety policy, Senior -Customer Service Representative, or the Rental & Sales Manager.

- Assist with the proper up keep of company vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipment.

- Assist with any maintenance and/or cleaning operations as directed by the Rental & Sales Coordinator and/or company management.

- Assist with verifying and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.

- Assist other Equipment Operators in enforcing and following all safety procedures and policies.

- The Equipment Operator will report any unsafe actions and conditions to the Rental Sales Coordinator immediately.

- Must be able to fill out and submit paperwork

- Communicate any problems not resolved properly by other -Equipment Operators to the Rental & Sales Manager whenever safety, customer satisfaction, or policy adherence is at risk.

- Install, service, removal, maintenance and transportation of equipment.

- The Customer Service Representative is responsible for being available on an on-call basis as needed.
