Essel Propack - Engineer - Mechanical Tool Design & Manufacturing (3-5 yrs)
Working on various group wide projects, the person will work on :
1. Development, manufacturing and quality assurance for various tooling's and engineering parts.
2. Vendor visits for qualification and various standards
3. Drawing management for internal projects.
4. Creation and maintenance of Global tooling matrix.
5. Specific tooling validations on machine ad handover to plant teams.
6. DMS SAP implementation and owner of change management [MDO creation]
7. Product drawing management (Catalogue) with suppliers and vendors
- Tube styles
- Cap styles
8. Supplier development in various geographies.
- Creation and maintenance of the Engineering drawings of tools and parts according to SET design rules and experience.
- Manufacturing on conventional and CNC machine centers.
- Contribute to the development of SET programs and policies that increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the technical department.
Involved tools & technologies :
- 2D/3D CAD software's like AutoCAD /Solid Works or equivalent
- SAP
- Office tools
- General design rules
- Other IT tools
- Knowledge of design techniques both on Mechanical and tooling's including metallurgy and principals involved in production of precision parts, drawings, and models.
