Key Job Purpose:
Manager - Projects shall lead development projects and do basic research on new generation packaging materials those are commercially available and also work on allied processing technology to create new products for applications in Cosmetics, Food, Pharma and advanced Oral Care categories.
Key Job Responsibilities :
1. To understand the customer needs via seniors in the team and brainstorm, select best options/s
2. Conduct trials, batch validations
3. Carry out simulation study, product stability and various analytical data for product specification
4. Help in completing - Stage Gate- process papers
5. Interact with Internal customers, in regular intervals, and record project progress
6. Operate various scientific instruments in R&D to capture intrinsic, physical and chemical properties of the newly developed products, product with new science and technology
7. Analyse market and competitor's product sample and create comprehensive data base for benchmarking
