Essel Propack - Manager - Quality Assurance - Manufacturing (8-10 yrs)
To facilitate global quality initiatives while being resourceful to the quality heads of factories across geographies. This role is expected to standardize and publish reports, own data management, take part in reviews, develop standard measurement and capturing of key metrics and emphasize on available resources for communication to the best.
Key Responsibilities :
1. To have thorough knowledge on Quality systems like ISO 9000, GMP, BRC and any other would be an added advantage
2. Excellent skills in facilitating actions across a multi-cultural environment
3. Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP
4. Excellent presentation skills
5. Good working knowledge of MS excel, word, PowerPoint, Visio
6. Understanding and ready to work in manufacturing quality environment
7. Knowledge and ability to drive COPQ, customer complaint management
8. Analytical, usage of various tools like BI etc
9. Various management report compilation, presentation skills
10. Internal auditing skills for conducting, planning & follow up for actions
