Estimation & Billing Engineer (3-6 yrs)
Hiring for Estimation and Billing Engineer
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Civil Engineering)
Experience: 3 to 7 years (Building sector only - Residential, Commercial, or Institutional projects)
Strong technical foundation in civil engineering
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing/quantity surveying tools
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for building projects (Residential/Commercial/Institutional).
- Develop and verify material take-offs and bulk quantities from construction drawings and specifications.
- Check, verify, and process subcontractor bills; maintain accurate billing documentation.
- Conduct on-site measurements and verify quantities executed.
- Estimate and track costs of materials, labor, and machinery against project budgets.
- Prepare reconciliation statements for income and expenditure.
- Coordinate effectively with project, site, and accounts teams.
- Strong technical foundation in civil engineering
