- Effective communicator
- Ability to adapt dictated by project changes
- Scope Of Work
- Should have good communication skills - both written and verbal
- Should be able to thoroughly understand project drawings, sent by client
- Should understand client instructions during the call
- Sound knowledge on different methods of estimation
Proficient in using Excel
Ability to read and understand construction drawings to generate Estimations
