Job Description :

- Education BE / B. Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

- Minimum 8+ years proven Experience in handling Tender Preparation Documents

- Detailed study of tender documents i.e. Contract terms & Conditions, BOM, Drawings, Specifications to establish tender price.

- Preparation of Major and Minor Mechanical Tenders (HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage and Fire Fighting)

- Quantity takes off & Pricing of tender.

- Preparation of final BOM after approval of tender value.

- Preparation of complete Techno - Commercial offer letter with detailed scope of works, Technical clarifications, Exclusions, Commercial condition and any other conditions etc.

- Floating enquiries to Suppliers / Manufacturers and Sub-contractors etc.

- Comparison studies based on suppliers quotations.

- Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of product
